Student and Family Outreach Program
Adams 12 is excited to announce a new resource for our district families. As Community Resource Specialists we will be broadening district outreach to uninsured students and families by providing assistance with Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) enrollment. We are also eager to partner with school personnel to increase access to needed community resources for our students and families.
